This weekend is our last deep meditation session before the summer vacation. Grateful to be able to let people experience first hand how powerful meditation can be and how to incorporate meditation in everyday life. Thank you to all the wonderful participants this first part of the year.

During the summer vacation period I'll be hosting weekly outdoor meditation classes aimed at those that are curious about meditation and self regulation. Experienced meditators are also welcome. These sessions are normally being held in Norwegian, but we switch to English for any tourists that tend to show up.
